Zapier

Our Zapier integration connects Booking Terminal to thousands of other apps — spreadsheets, CRMs, email tools, calendars — with no code. When something happens with a booking, your Zap fires and Zapier takes it from there.

Triggers

The integration offers four triggers:

  • New Booking — fires when a new booking is created.
  • Updated Booking — fires when an existing booking is updated (for example, selections changed, a payment received, or a note added).
  • Canceled Booking — fires when a booking is canceled.
  • New, Updated, or Canceled Booking — a combined trigger that fires on any of the above, useful when one Zap should handle all booking activity.

Each trigger delivers the full booking details — customer, time slot, selections, totals, and status — so your Zap can use any of them in later steps.

Getting access

The Zap is currently available by request. Email us at jarod@bookingterminal.com and we'll send you an invite.

When you connect your Booking Terminal account in Zapier, you'll be asked for an API key. Request one by emailing us at the same address.

Good to know

Zapier works by creating webhook endpoints in your account automatically — you'll see them under Settings → Webhooks in the dashboard. Leave those for Zapier to manage; changes made there may be overwritten when your Zap is updated. If you'd rather build a custom integration instead, see Webhooks.
